These terms apply to every visitor to Air de Piste.
All content published by Air de Piste – including articles, graphics, logos, and educational “Cheat Sheets” – is the property of Air de Piste. You may use our content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not republish or redistribute our content without written permission.
We strive for “pole position” accuracy, but motorsport moves fast. Our content is for informational and entertainment purposes. Air de Piste is not liable for any inaccuracies in race data, technical specs, or news reports.
Our publication contains links to third-party brands (e.g., garages, travel agencies). We may earn a commission if you make a purchase. We are not responsible for the services provided by these third parties; any disputes must be handled directly with the provider.
These terms apply to all free-to-enter giveaways and contests.
All community competitions are free to enter. Making a purchase or joining the paid membership does not increase your chances of winning.
Age: Direct entry by individuals under the age of 18 is not permitted. However, a parent or legal guardian may enter on behalf of a minor. In such cases, the parent/guardian is considered the entrant and the point of contact for prize fulfillment.
Location: Unless stated otherwise, competitions are open to residents of the UK and EU.
Disqualification: We reserve the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, automated (bots), or violate the spirit of the community.
Random Draw: Winners are selected at random using a verified digital process.
Notification: Winners will be contacted via the email provided. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.
No Cash Alternative (Default): Unless explicitly stated in the specific competition announcement, prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Cash Prizes: Where a competition is explicitly advertised as having a “Cash Prize,” the award will be transferred to the winner via a secure method (e.g., Bank Transfer) Air de Piste is not responsible for any transaction fees or currency conversion costs incurred by the winner’s bank.
Prize Substitution: We aim to deliver the exact prize advertised. However, if a prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., stock issues, shipping restrictions, or a partner brand becoming unavailable), Air de Piste reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
Prize Specifications: Images used in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes. The actual prize (e.g., specific model of a sim-racing wheel or year of a team jersey) may vary based on availability at the time of the draw.
These terms apply to all “Air de Piste” paid members.
Payments: Fees are billed on a recurring basis (annually) via our secure processor.
Auto-Renewal: You may opt-in for your membership to auto-renew at the end of each period.
Price Changes: We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any change to membership pricing.
The 14-Day Guarantee: In accordance with UK/EU law, you have 14 days from sign-up to cancel for a full refund. However, if you access “Instant Access” digital content during this time, you acknowledge that your right to a refund may be waived.
Easy Exit: You can cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Members are expected to maintain a respectful “paddock environment.” We reserve the right to terminate memberships (without refund) for users engaging in harassment, hate speech, or sharing “member-only” content publicly.
Air de Piste is a brand and publication platform. We provide curated insights, educational guides, and access to exclusive benefits. By using our platform and membership program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Air de Piste collaborates with various partners (e.g., garages, magazines, travel providers) to provide discounts and perks to our community.
Independent Providers: These partners are independent businesses and are not agents, employees, or subcontractors of Air de Piste.
Service Quality: We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such third-party provider.
Vehicle Maintenance: We are specifically not liable for any mechanical issues, damages, or disputes arising from your use of a partner garage or maintenance service, even if accessed via an Air de Piste discount code. Your contract for service is directly with the service provider.
Motorsport is inherently high-action.
Attendance: Air de Piste is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring at a race event, circuit, or during travel to/from an event, regardless of whether you used our guides or affiliate links to book your trip.
Cancellations: We are not responsible for race cancellations, schedule changes, or the performance of transport and accommodation providers.
We aim for a “smooth lap” every time you visit, but we are not liable for:
Digital Downtime: Any technical issues, bugs, or temporary outages of the Air de Piste website.
Payment Security: Issues arising from third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). While we use industry-standard secure tools, their performance is outside our direct control.
Accuracy: Any decisions you make based on the information in our publication (e.g., betting, travel planning, or technical car modifications). All content is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK or EU law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
