AIR DE PISTE: REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Air de Piste, we want you to be 100% happy with your spot on the grid. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for our membership program and how we handle physical items.

 

1. MEMBERSHIP REFUNDS (Digital Content)

In accordance with UK and EU consumer rights, you have a 14-day “Cooling-Off” period from the day you sign up for an Air de Piste membership.

  • The 14-Day Window: You can cancel your membership for any reason within the first 14 days and receive a full refund.

  • The “Instant Access” Exception: Air de Piste provides immediate access to digital publications, educational guides, and “Cheat Sheets.” If you log in and access/download this premium content within the first 14 days, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate performance of the contract and waive your right to a full refund.

  • After 14 Days: Once the cooling-off period has passed, all membership fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent future billing, and you will keep your access until the end of your current cycle.

 
2. SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS
  • Annual Memberships: We do not offer refunds for forgotten renewals. We provide easy cancellation tools in your Member Dashboard so you can stop any opt-in auto-renewals at any time before the next billing date.

  •  We will send you a reminder email 14 days before your annual renewal. If you are charged and wish to cancel, you have a 14-day window from the date of the renewal charge to request a refund, provided you have not accessed premium member content in that time.

 
3. COMPETITION PRIZES & MERCHANDISE
  • Competition Prizes: As these are free to enter, prizes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash (unless the competition was specifically for a cash prize).

  • Damaged Prizes: If a physical prize arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or, if the item is out of stock, a substitute of equal value.

  • Paid Merchandise: If we sell physical goods (e.g., ADP apparel), you have 14 days from receipt to return the item for a full refund. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

 

4. PARTNER BENEFITS & DISCOUNTS
  • Air de Piste provides access to discounts at partner businesses (e.g., garages or magazines).

  • Any payments made to these partners are subject to their specific refund policies. Air de Piste cannot issue refunds for services or products purchased from third-party partners.

 

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To start a refund request, please email james@airdepiste.com with:

  1. Subject: Refund Request – [Your Name]

  2. Details: Your account email and the reason for the request.

  3. Timeline: We process all eligible refunds within 14 days of approval. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
